CHANGE

ITEM EXCHANGE POLICY
We guarantee to refund any item you are not happy with when you return it to us if:

  • the baby has not been in any contact with the SlingTankTop (see Goods that can not be exchanged and returned, listed in the legislation List, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation from 19 January, 1998, Decree No. 55)
  • the item is with all the original labels, tags and packaging
  • the item is unworn/unused and unwashed

You must notify the Seller of the return/exchange within 7 days from the time of the receipt of the goods by the Buyer (see Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation from 07.02.1992, Decree No. 2300-1 (as amended from 03.07.2016) «Consumer Rights Protection Act»).

HOW TO EXCHANGE?
SHIPPING COSTS
The Seller is responsible for exchange/return shipping charges in case of the wrong order packaging arrangements, if the item turned out to be defective or there were inaccurate sizing recommendations. In all the other cases the Buyer is responsible for exchange/return shipping charges.

THE TERM FOR RETURNING THE ITEM
You must notify the Seller of the return/exchange within 7 days from the time of the receipt of the goods by the Buyer (see Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation from 07.02.1992, Decree No. 2300-1 (as amended from 03.07.2016) «Consumer Rights Protection Act»).
SHIPPING COSTS
In case of the wrong order packaging arrangements or if the item turned out to be defective the Seller is responsible for exchange/return postal charges. The refund of your money is being implemented within 5-7 working days. In the absence of the Seller’s fault, the costs of returning the goods are not refundable, and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
